If you are aged between 24–50 and have an active NDIS plan, you may be eligible for the Adult Life Skills program. We offer support for participants with various support needs, including those with complex care requirements.

Our movement activities are tailored to participants’ interests and physical abilities. The program includes indoor fitness sessions and community-based sports engagements that promote health, confidence, and social connection.

The program is typically funded through NDIS Core Supports under the category of Community, Social & Recreational Activities. We work closely with families to ensure the services align with their NDIS plans.

Participants should bring a packed lunch, water bottle, required medications (with instructions), and personal development items such as notebooks or devices. Comfortable clothing and active wear are encouraged. Optional healthy lunch and afternoon tea are available for $25.

We maintain clear and open communication with carers through daily journals, regular updates, and goal-tracking meetings to ensure ongoing collaboration and success.

We provide user-friendly, downloadable forms for enrolment, medical and transport consent, emergency contacts, and feedback. Our team can also assist with service agreements and support during NDIS reviews.
