The NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) helps fund supports and services for people with disability. At Yahweh Care, we work with you to match our programs to your NDIS goals across Core Supports and Capacity Building budgets. We also assist with service agreements, reporting, and plan reviews.
Please bring a packed lunch, water bottle (labelled), any required medications with instructions, a change of clothes (if needed), and favourite sensory or comfort items. If you're unable to bring lunch, we offer healthy meals and afternoon tea for $25 per day.
